Paige Espenshade

Certified Pilates Instructor through Pilates Core Integration 450-hour Mat & Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program

I’m committed to helping my clients experience the benefits of intentional movement both inside and outside of class.

My classes consist of a series of exercises and variations from the traditional Pilates method. This method of Pilates focuses on a mind/body connection that results in intentional movement through core engagement, alignment and articulation of the spine, and breath work. This practice aims to achieve core strength, self-awareness through movement, and mobile longevity through all stages of life.

When we learn to move with awareness and intention and practice it regularly, we can decrease the risk of injury in everyday tasks and protect our independence with movement as we age.
